Scattering Ceremonies

Scattering Ceremonies

Thinking of Scattering your loved ones cremains? Here's what you need to know.

Many families ask or are unsure of what the laws are pertaining to scattering cremated remains. In British Columbia there are no provincial legislation or rules regarding scattering cremated remains. However, no person is allowed to scatter cremated remains on private property without permission from the property owner.

Our family and team can arrange a memorable scattering ceremony with our celebrant, George McKenzie, at a location of your choice (must be a location that is easily accessible and within the Sea to Sky Corridor).
